Refund and Returns Policy

At SHOPeTURN, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our returns and refunds policy:

1. Return & Exchange Period
   You may return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
   If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you. Shipping charges for such returns will be covered by SHOPeTURN.
3. Mandatory Video/Photo Evidence
   For a smooth returns process, please capture a video/photo of the product(s) before packaging or handing it to our courier partner.
4. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
   If our courier partners do not service your area, you may need to self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping costs up to ₹100 will be fully reimbursed, provided the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Self-Shipping Instructions
   Please send the product(s) to the provided address and ensure they are properly packed to avoid damage during transit. The product(s) must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
6. Refund for Prepaid Orders
   Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product(s) at our warehouse and upon successful Quality Check. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
7. Refund for Orders Paid via Coupon
   If you used a refund coupon for a prepaid order, the value of the coupon will be refunded in the form of a new Coupon Code, and any remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment mode.
8. Refund for COD Orders
   For COD orders, a coupon code equivalent to the order value will be sent to your registered email address or contact number within 48 hours after the return has been received and passed the Quality Check.
9. Order Cancellation
   Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped from our warehouse. However, if the product(s) is found to be damaged or incorrect, you can initiate a return request within 15 days of delivery.
10. Product Color Disclaimer
    Please note that the color of the product(s) may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions.
11. Damaged or Incomplete Parcels
    If you receive a torn parcel, incorrect product(s), or an empty package, please raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend creating an unboxing video for added security.
12. Customer Communication
    To stay updated with your order status and for a better shopping experience, kindly provide your WhatsApp-registered number during checkout.
